Do tickets have to be purchased in advance?
We HIGHLY encourage purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a seat on the bus. However, tickets can be purchased direct from the KC Double Decker Tours bus or kiosk located at our designated Crown Center location – 2404 Grand Ave
How long is the tour?
Hop on- hop off is available for purchase all day and is open 10:30am-4:30p Wednesdays-Mondays.
Sight-seeing only is approximately 90 minutes in length.

Does the tour begin and end at the same location?
Guests of our Hop on-Hop off Day Pass get to choose where their tour begins and ends. The bus will pick up/drop off from each stop every 90 minutes.
Guests of our Single Loop City Tour can catch the bus at any of our hop on-hop off locations.
I have a Hop on-Hop off day pass. Where can I board the bus?
You can choose from any of our 8 designated stop and available times. When purchasing tickets online, please select your preferred pick up location and time so we know when to expect you.
Do I have to start my hop on-hop off tour early in the day?
Definitely not! This is your tour of Kansas City, so we want you enjoy KC at your own pace. We have designated times for each of our stops throughout the day where you can start your tour. We do ask that upon reserving your seats, that you designate a initial pick up location and time so we know when to expect you.
What is a Hop on-Hop off Tour?
A hop on-hop off tour lets you see and experience all of Kansas City. This tour allows you the opportunity to catch the bus at any of our designated stops and jump off at any of our designated stops to experience different areas of Kansas City.
What is a Single Loop City Tour?
Our Single Loop City Tour lets you see all of Kansas City. Join the tour at our Crown Center location, hop on the bus and sit back for our 90-minute guided city tour.
Can I bring my own food and beverages on the bus?
Please, no outside food on the bus and only beverages with lids that can be sealed.

Absolutely! Whether you are looking for a way to entertain out-of-town guests, planning a bachelor/bachelorette party, having a team-building exercise or just want to learn more about the wonderful city you live in, this is the tour for you! You’ll be surprised at how much you will learn on the tour from our knowledgeable and entertaining tour guides.

Of course! Hang out on the bus with our entertaining and knowledgeable tour guides who are eager to share with you fun and factual information about Kansas City.
What if it rains?
You’re in luck! Our open top double decker bus also has a covered lower level.
What type of vehicle will we be traveling in?
We have a classic open top double decker bus, with a covered lower level.
Are there restrooms available on the bus?
We are sorry, but restrooms are not available on the bus.
Is the bus stroller accessible?
We are family owned & operated, which means we know kiddos travel with a lot of stuff! We do have available spots for stroller storage.
Is there assigned seating on the bus?
Seating is first come, first served. Get to your designated stop early to grab your seats on the upper deck!
Can I leave my belongings on the bus when getting off?
You are welcome to bring any belongings with you, however, we do encourage you to take your belongings with you when exiting the bus. We are not responsible for any belongings left on the bus.
Can I bring me camera?
Yes! There is so much to see during the tour and it would be absolutely worth it to bring a camera.
Are selfie sticks and umbrellas allowed to be used on the bus?
Selfie sticks are allowed to be used while seated in our lower level. We do not allow selfie sticks and umbrellas to be used on our upper deck.
Are pets allowed on the bus?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the tours. Only service animals are permitted on our lower level, with proper certification information.
Are guide gratuities included in the price?
Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. While not required, gratuities are accepted and always appreciated by the guides.
Do you off group discounts for your public tours?
We do offer discounts for groups of 25 or more for any of our available public tours. The discount is available when reserving seats for the entire group upon purchasing tickets and will be automatically credited to the transaction.
Do you offer private tours?
We do offer private tours. Please contact us for more information about our private tours.
When are your tours available?
Our tours are available 6 days/week. We are closed on Tuesdays, but have Hop on-Hop off tours available Wednesdays-Mondays starting at 10:30a. .
Single Loop City Tours are available Wednesdays-Sundays with a variety of departure locations and times.
